Kastelir - Labinci is 13km (North) away from the historical and tourist city of Poreč.

The size of the luxury villa “Stancija Santa Domenica” is 407m2, sitting on an1200m2 parcel. It was built in 2006 - 2008.

The villa is located on the very edge of the village Labinci, last construction parcel according to the Kaštelir-Labinci municipal urban plan. It faces olive groves, vineyards and the sea.

A burglar alarm as well as firefighting alarms are built into the villa and connected to the security company. A system for the control of the temperature and turning the central heating on and off in the object by mobile phone is also built in.

There is a pool paved around with Istrian stone with outer solar shower. Large parking is located at the entrance to the estate with automatic opening door.

The surrounding of the villa is arranged as  park. All the green surfaces have irrigation systems.

Different business options have been successfully implemented. The villa was rewarded with the certificate for Istrian quality under the name of Domus donus by the Tourist Board of Istra.

“Small” vacation house – Labinci 135

A “small" vacation house is on the parcel next to the luxury villa. It was a ruin which was restored in 2006-2008. Top quality materials were used here as well (Istrian stone walls, interior and exterior stone floors also made of Istrian stone, the pathway to the house granite cobblestone, room rustic oak floors). The house is 130 m2, sitting on an 800m2 parcel. Ground floor: hallway, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, 1 bedroom, large summer kitchen with a barbeque and a wood oven, closed part of the summer kitchen professionally equipped with stainless steel work surfaces. Top floor: living room and 1 bedroom.

House location: last construction parcel according to the Kaštelir-Labinci municipal urban plan. It faces olive groves, vineyards and the sea.
Ownership documentation is in order.
The process of legalisation is completed, because during adaptation the parameters were exceeded when two terraces were made. The house also has an energy certificate.

Although the two houses were built each on its own parcel, visually they make a whole. Each property has a separate entrance and utility connections - power and water.
